4-10-18- 2nd Gerber- Continued guided notes over North Korea from the other day. Students then received an article over North Korea and then some questions over the article. Only about 5 minutes left in the period, due tomorrow.

3-27-18- 2nd Gerber- Started a lesson/unit on the drug epidemic in the US. Students had some readings and then some questions to go with it. Students only had a few minutes to get started on this. Questions are homework.

5/10/16- 7th Gerber- Checked and went over questions over Article #5. Homeworks is US vs. Nixon case and the 5 questions that went with it. I walk around and helped where needed as there is only about 10 minutes left in class.
5/9/16- 7th Gerber- Started guided notes over 21.2 (students with guided notes to fill in blanks). They then had to answer questions over article 5 of Watergate scandal. Only 10 minutes to work on. They stayed in class and worked, I helped where needed.

5/4/16- 7th Gerber- Checked the questions we did over Articles 1 and 2 over Watergate (all had it). We then went over the answer to these questions as well. Homework was questions over Articles 3 and 4 of Scandal. I pulled students to work on this and we finished most of this in class together.
5/3/16- 7th Gerber- Checked and went over 21.1 GR and SQ. We then worked on questions over 2 articles on Watergate. I pulled students to work on this and we finished in class.

We then read some primary source documents on the Cuban Missile Crisis and answered questions that went along with it. Homework is 17.2 SQ/GR that was handed out at the end of class, no time to work on it.
3/14/16- 7th Gerber- Started guided notes and discussion over JFK and the Cold War. Students filling out as we go along. Watched a video over East and West Berlin and students had to answer questions over it.

2/29/16- 7th Gerber- shortened period because we had a drill at the end of 6th that cut into 7th period. NO HOMEWORK
2/24/16- 7th Gerber- Pulled students to take their Ch. 13/14 test (read aloud and modified). Kamryn will take hers in transition as she has not been here the past couple of days. She also got make up work from those days and I gave her, her study guide as well.
2/23/16- 7th Gerber- We went over the end of chapter review questions assigned yesterday (all had it). I then pulled students to review for their Ch. 13/14 test that is tomorrow, I gave them study guides to study tonight.
2/22/16- 7th Gerber- Checked and went over 14.5 GR/SQ (all had it done). Homework is pg. 481-483, 1-17 and pg. 527-529, 1-19. I pulled students out to work on this and we finished most of this in class.
2/9/15- Homework was 14.2 GR/SQ that was passed out during class. Students were filling these out as notes were gone over.

1/28/16- Checked 13.3 packet from yesterday. We then went over parts of this as we went over the powerpoint over 13.3. Homework is the 13.3 GR/SQ. Handed out during class and kids worked on during class, anything not finished is homework.
1/27/16- Checked the 13.2 Voc. and 13.2 GR/SQ. We then went over these worksheets from last night. We then got a 13.3 packet and went over some of this in class, the rest is for homework.

1/25/16- Checked and went over the 3 worksheets from Friday. Homework is 13.1 GR/SQ (working for like 5 minutes in class).
1/22/16- Dictator cards, 13.1 vocab and map are work that was assigned today. During class we went over 13.1 notes and students filled in guided notes as we went along. I made sure students were filling things out as we went along.

1/7/16- Pulled students to work on 2 worksheets they had in class. One over FDR’s recovery programs and the other are 12.2 over the 2nd new deal. Most finished the FDR worksheet, the rest is homework. The section 1 review worksheet is not homework.
1/6/16- 7th Gerber- We went over the chart of Roosevelt’s policies through the powerpoint 12.1 on The New Deal (Students filling as we are going over the powerpoint). Homework is 12.1 GR/SQ.
1/5/16- 7th Gerber- Pulled student to work on 12.1 vocabulary, worksheet on Roosevelt’s reforms/programs, and 12.1 GR/SQ. The vocabulary is due for tomorrow and they have to get started on reforms/programs sheet. I pulled students to begin on this and most finished with the vocabulary and were able to start on the reforms/programs sheet.

11/12/15- 7th Gerber- Briefly went over 14 pts. Assignment. I led the lesson on 9.4. Students broke into groups and took part of the section, we then came back together as a class and had some discussion over the notes. No homework.
11/9/15- 7th Gerber- Continued looking over guided notes over Section ½ from last week. Handed out 9.3 and 9.4 guided notes for the students, students started filling out parts of the guided notes as we went along. Homework (due wed) is for them to write a letter home and describe the life in a trench (no time to work on this in class).

11/4/15- 7th Gerber- Took a short quiz over lesson from yesterday and then they were given a map of Europe in 1914 and had to fill it out. We then continued notes and discussion over our guided notes from yesterday and finished those. Homework is vocabulary on front guided notes of 14.1
11/3/15- 7th Gerber- Led discussion and notes on 9.1 guided notes (Homework was Bryce report and primary sources from this time, they had to underline things that would cause the US to enter the war). Had time to work on this in class).

We then began discussion on 8.3 The Wilson Years. Homework is 4 reforms of Wilson and 5 questions on 8.3 worksheet that was handed out. No time to work on this in class.
10/19/15- 7th Gerber- I introduced the top of Ch. 8.1 progressivism. I handed out a sheet on progressive reforms and students used that sheet to take out the important details of each reform. We went over the first one as a group and then they had the class period to browse and right things down. We will begin going over their finding tomorrow.

We then read some primary source documents on the Cuban Missile Crisis and answered questions that went along with it. Homework is 17.2 SQ/GR that was handed out at the end of class, no time to work on it.
3/14/16- 7th Gerber- Started guided notes and discussion over JFK and the Cold War. Students filling out as we go along. Watched a video over East and West Berlin and students had to answer questions over it.

11/12/15- 7th Gerber- Briefly went over 14 pts. Assignment. I led the lesson on 9.4. Students broke into groups and took part of the section, we then came back together as a class and had some discussion over the notes. No homework.

We then began discussion on 8.3 The Wilson Years. Homework is 4 reforms of Wilson and 5 questions on 8.3 worksheet that was handed out. No time to work on this in class.
10/19/15- 7th Gerber- I introduced the top of Ch. 8.1 progressivism. I handed out a sheet on progressive reforms and students used that sheet to take out the important details of each reform. We went over the first one as a group and then they had the class period to browse and right things down. We will begin going over their finding tomorrow.
